We are pumped to bring you are 10th annual Allsouth Open! This USA Weightlifting sanctioned competition is open to all experience levels. Medals will be awarded for all weight classes and age divisions for male and female. Best male and female lifters will be determined by Sinclair formula.
Early bird registration will open May 1st, and is limited to 20 lifters first come first serve. Then regular registration will open up until we hit our cap or Friday August 9th. Late Registration starts July 21st.

Where: Allsouth HQ
Time: 6am - 8pm (Schedule to be released 7 days out from meet)
