We are pumped to bring you are 8th annual Allsouth Open! This USA Weightlifting sanctioned competition is open to all experience levels. Medals will be awarded for all weight classes and age divisions for male and female. Best male and female lifters will be determined by Sinclair formula.
Early bird registration is will open at 11:59pm on Monday May 20th 2024, and is limited to 30 lifters first come first serve. Then regular registration will open up until we hit our cap or Friday August 9th. Late Registration starts August 10th.

Time: 6am - 8pm (Schedule to be released 7 days out from meet)
